We are a full service firm including bridge and highway design, railroad agreements, technical specifications, cost estimates, structural assessment reports and plan check services. APEX Civil Engineering consultants is currently comprised of 4 registered civil engineers and one structural draftsman with over 130 years of combined experience in the field of transportation engineering. Resumes include work with the counties of San Francisco, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, the City of Napa, the Placer County Water Authority, and work for various other consultants, General Contractors and Insurance Firms.
